The goal is simple: If someone emails me outside my set hours, HeyHelp automatically replies with a short confirmation that we’ve received their message and will respond during office hours. The message should be customizable but kept brief. Ideally, it would only trigger for external contacts (not internal threads or automated emails). This would help ensure contacts feel acknowledged without requiring me to be “always on.”
