Way to provide feedback about specific bad AI drafts

Austin
I've been getting a lot of unhelpful AI drafts that are more or less useless. Is there a way to provide useful feedback examples on why these are unhelpful, either to train the AI or inform future product requirements?
Yet another example:
Email paraphrase:
Please fill out the the forms before your appointment. The forms can be found at [link]. THIS IS AN AUTOMATED MESSAGE FROM [AUTOMATED SYSTEM], PLEASE DO NOT REPLY DIRECTLY TO THIS EMAIL, IF YOU NEED ASSISTANCE PLEASE CONTACT THE OFFICE AT [phone number].
Useless AI Draft:
Dear [Automated System],
Thank you for the reminder about the forms for my appointment.
Could you please provide a link to the forms?

Hey Austin, thanks for the feedback. Just to clarify, is your main issue that:
- HeyHelp shouldn't be drafting a reply to emails from automated systems or;
- The content generated by the draft is not right / accurate?
Austin
Duda Bardavid It's more frequently #1, but this is an example of both #1 and #2 (as there was already a link to the form in the email, so replying to ask for a link is incorrect).

Austin got it.
For #1, we’re already on it. We’ve noticed that HeyHelp occasionally replies to alerts or automated emails that don’t require a response. You should see noticeable improvements on this over the next couple of weeks.
#2 sounds a bit different. Almost like HeyHelp isn’t reading the full email before drafting a reply. If you can share one or two examples with us at hey@heyhelp.ai, that’ll help us dig in and improve the quality of future drafts.
Thanks again for flagging these!
