Reduce unnecessary clarification questions in drafts

Drafts are written with too many clarifying/confirmation questions back to the sender that seem unnecessary and unnatural, when simple acknowledgements would do.
Typical examples:
A)
- Mail: "I've booked a meeting for Monday 3.11.25 at 10am"
- AI draft: "Thank you for scheduling [...]. Just to confirm, is that 3rd November 2025?"
B)
- Mail: "Click the link to see the proposal document"
- AI draft: "Just want to make sure I understand the next steps – do I need to click the link to see the proposal document?"
