Hey guys, thanks for the feedback.
Our Google Calendar integration isn’t live yet, so HeyHelp doesn’t currently have visibility into your availability. Because of that, it can’t tell when you’re free or busy.
That’s exactly what this upcoming feature is meant to solve: once integrated to your Calendar, HeyHelp will be able to understand your availability and schedule meetings for you in a much more autonomous and accurate way.
PS: Matthew Keeler we'll check the extra ")" after the link, thanks for letting me know.

In addition to the AI drafting incorrect times, it has also listed incorrect days. For example, "Next‑few days – I’m available Tuesday (Nov 3) 10‑12 a.m. or Thursday (Nov 5) 2‑4 p.m." -- neither of these are correct days.
Also, I have received an email that asked me for times when I was available. The AI reply was "please send me your times" which would have been a rude reply.

I don't think this is the intended current behavior, but I just tried a test where:
  • I emailed myself from another account asking to schedule a meeting and gave three options.
  • One option was completely unavailable, a second option was only available for half the time (so unavailable) and a third option was available.
  • The AI auto-generated a response saying that the second option was available and that I had saved it on my calendar, and added in the Google Calendar link I provided in the settings.
  • But to state the obvious: that time was't available
  • Nothing was placed on my calendar
  • No invite was sent to the originating email account
  • The AI draft appended my Google Calendar availability link, but added a ")" at the end, making the link invalid.
