Automatically send short acknowledgment emails outside of defined working hours. This is different from Gmail’s vacation responder — it would be for daily use, especially when working with contacts in different time zones.
The goal is simple:
  • If someone emails me outside my set hours, HeyHelp automatically replies with a short confirmation that we’ve received their message and will respond during office hours.
  • The message should be customizable but kept brief.
  • Ideally, it would only trigger for external contacts (not internal threads or automated emails).
This would help ensure contacts feel acknowledged without requiring me to be “always on.”
